How do I pay?
We do not accept insurance at this time.
The cost of the laboratory test and the cost of the collection fee which includes the collecting and shipping/transporting to the laboratory; are separate.
How does the lab get my specimen?
We will drop off or ship (with a pre-paid label) your specimen to its designated lab however we are not responsible for any errors made with the lab or delivery service after drop off with receipt.
How will I get my results?
The ordering doctor will provide you with results. Also, Ramped up screening solution, LLC does not give medical advise, treat or diagnose anyone.
Do I need a doctors order?
Yes. A doctor's order is required or an order through one of the trusted labs we are partnered with. Ramped Up Screening Solutions, LLC will not collect any specimen without an appropriate order.
This is non-negotiable.
Cancellations
Please provide 24 hour prior notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Deposits will not be refunded for No-Show/ No-Call or less than 24 hour notifications.
